Why The Fellowship
Life is the greatest MMORPG. We’re building the guild.
I’ve been a gamer my entire life.
Growing up playing MMORPGs, I learned that you could meet complete strangers from around the world and become a team.
You didn’t need to know everything.
You just needed to play your role.
- Some gathered resources.
- Some built.
- Some healed.
- Some fought.
- Some led.
- Some discovered the next quest.
And when everyone worked together, the entire guild leveled up.
What if we did that in real life?
The 101 is a community of 101 people building a real-life guild. We pool our capital, skills, knowledge, relationships, and ideas to pursue opportunities that would be difficult to accomplish alone.
We research opportunities. We build businesses and technology. We protect the Treasury. We create partnerships. We execute.
And instead of constantly extracting from the community, we focus on making the Treasury stronger.
